Policies~ 

Business Hours~ You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our normal business hours are 9am-4pm (Mountain Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after normal business hours, weekends or holidays would be processed the next business day in order of receipt. Holidays and any "Closed for Business" days are announced on our web site home page and in our newsletter.

Privacy Policy~ All your private data is kept confidential. We will never sell or market your information in any way. 

Samples~ We will try to include a free sample of one of our products with processed orders only. We cannot take customer requests at this time.    

Wholesale Accounts~ Currently we are not offering wholesale accounts, but hope to in the near future.

Personal Care Testing~  All of our personal care products have been tested for quality and safety. Many of our products contain nut oils, essential oils and synthetic fragrance oils and allergic reactions can occur. If you ever have a reaction, we ask that you immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, irritations, or discomforts that may occur. We ask that you use reasonable care and caution, as with any other personal care product. Children's Safety: Some soap may contain small object and could be a choking hazard for children. Parental supervision is always advised when using our soap and is not intended for children under the age of three.

Candle Safety Testing~  Our candles have been tested for quality and safety.  All candles are labeled with safety warnings and we ask that you use reasonable care and caution when using our products.

Payments~

Payment Methods~ We accept payments via PAYPAL exclusively. We ask that you have a confirmed Paypal account set up. All orders are shipped to confirmed Paypal addresses only. 

PayPal Shipping Address~ Your order will be shipped to the PayPal address provided with your payment, so please be sure your PayPal address is current and accurate when you submit your order at check-out.

VeriSign Secured~ All payment transaction information is secured by VeriSign SSL Certificate.

Arizona Sales Tax~ We are required to collect sales tax of 7.95% on all orders placed in Arizona.

Coupons Codes & Sales~ Coupon codes and sales apply for a limited time only. Sales may be cancelled due to out of stocks or limited quantity. Only one coupon code can be applied per order and must be entered during check out for discount to apply. No discount will be given without a coupon code. Discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs, sales tax or purchase of gift certificates. Any discrepancies in these ordering procedures, processes or policies will result in those orders to be canceled and refunded.

Pricing~ Pricing is subject to change without notice, but we will do our best to notify our customers of any price changes.

Shipping~

How Orders Will Ship~ Currently, we are shipping USPS Priority Mail exclusively. Our shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. This will ensure that your order is not sitting on a delivery truck for an extended period of time. We only ship in the continental United States. 

Shipping Address~ Your order will be shipped to the PayPal address provided with your payment, so please be sure your PayPal address is current and accurate when you submit your order at check-out.

Delivery Time~ Priority Mail delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Please allow more time for weekends and holidays. No postage refunds or credits will be given if your package takes longer to arrive. 

Order Processing Time~ Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Some products are made to order and may require an additional 2-3 days to process. 

Shipping Confirmation~ When your Priority Mail package is ready to be shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. Retain this information to track your package. You should receive your order within 2-3 days after receiving your confirmation with the exception of holidays and weekends. No postage refunds or credits will be given if your package takes longer to arrive. 

Postal Insurance~ Postal insurance is not included in your shipping costs. We do offer insurance, which can be purchased from our "Shipping Info" page. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any order that is lost or damaged during shipping, if it is not insured. Insurance only covers the items ordered, not your shipping costs. 

Minimum Order Quantity~ We do not require a minimum order quantity, every order is appreciated. 

Back Orders/Out of Stocks~ We do not fill back orders or out of stock items. You will be notified during order entry, e-mail or by phone if you have ordered an out of stock item. 

Melt-able Products~ We cannot guarantee that some of our products will not melt during shipping. It is best to order these items during the cooler months, October through May. Our melt-able items have been noted on each of their order pages.  Some product may sweat during shipping. This will not affect the product and can be easily washed or wiped away.

Changed/Canceled Orders & Restocking Fee~ Orders requiring changes or cancellation will be accepted within 8 hours of placing your order. There after, a $5.00 change/cancellation fee will be charged. 

Damaged/Missing Items~ If your items are damaged or missing upon arrival, you must contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. Keep your packaging intact and unopened if possible, to process a claim. Only orders that are insured are eligible for replacement or refund, not including your shipping costs. Items returned to us without our authorization will be refused. We suggest purchasing insurance, which is available on our "Shipping Info" page.

Lost Orders~ Only orders lost during shipping are only eligible for replacement or refund if they are covered by insurance. Postal insurance does not cover your shipping costs, only the items shipped. We suggest purchasing insurance, which is available on our "Shipping Info" page.

Returned Orders~ Because our products are made for personal use, all sales are final and non-returnable. All returns require previous authorization from Sherri's Scents & Soys. Items returned to us without our authorization will be refused.

Receiving Wrong Items~ Contact us immediately, so we can work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Recycling Boxes and Packaging~ We feel it is important for the environment to recycle boxes and packaging material, whenever possible. 

Shipping Charge~ Our shipping charges are based on packaging weight, destination and packing/handling fees. 

Packing and Handling Charge~ A minimal packing and handling fee is applied to all shipped orders.

Customer Order Pick Ups~ Currently, we are not offering order pick-ups.

Shipping to P.O. Box~ We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping~ Currently, we are only shipping in the continental United States.
